MOST IMPORTANT POLICY - RELAX!
With respect for other guests, please turn off your cell phone prior to your appointment time.
Appointments: In order to ensure your requested time, date and therapist are available, we highly recommend scheduling appointments prior to your arrival.
Appointments are subject to availability and a credit card is required to reserve your session.
Cancellation: Treatment times are reserved specifically for you. We have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. To cancel or make a change to your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to avoid the cancelation fee of 50% of services scheduled. We understand life happens and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow for check in and any needed paperwork to be completed prior to your session. In most cases, we are unable to extend beyond the scheduled time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
Gift Cards: Gift certificates can be purchased for any dollar amount. From the menu choose "Shop". This will begin your purchase process. Any unused portion of a gift card can be redeemed on your next visit. When scheduling your appointment, please provide the gift card number in order to hold your appointment for arrival.
Health Concerns: Our entire staff is committed to a healthy environment. Public spaces and treatment rooms are sanitized according to ABMP industry guidelines after each client exits. We also require all guests to complete a medical questionnaire. This helps the therapist get a greater understanding of your overall health, such as allergies, injuries and surgeries. All these steps will result in a greater experience for you the client.
We are very cautious about using essential oils with our services. In the event of any contraindications, we may not to use the essentials in order to protect the clients' health and wellbeing.
Massage/Bodywork is not appropriate care with infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infection or contagious condition. If it is within the 24 hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waved.
Any special accommodations? In the event you may need any assistance during your office visit, please notify us in advance so that we may be better prepared to serve you.
Minors We believe in supporting the youth in their journey toward a healthy lifestyle. However, only those minors receiving services are allowed to stay.
Communication We are not responsible for any fees imposed upon by your services provider associated with sending email, phone or text massage.
