We tend to not rush with our clients. We want you to come into an inviting, relaxed atmosphere. With this in mind, we ask that in the event your appointment is scheduled for a one hour treatment, please plan on an hour and a half of total appointment time. This will give you time to check in, then an hour to an hour and 15 minutes of treatment, and time to check out.

Appointments

Please book your appointment in advance to ensure your preferred date, time and therapist are available.

Check In

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before to your appointment to ensure that your session begins on time.

Spa Packages

Packages of multiple services in one day require 50% non-refundable deposit. This payment will be applied to your total bill.  

Cancellations and No-Shows

Please honor our 24-hour advance notice of cancellation/rescheduling policy in order to avoid a 50% cancelation fee.

New Clients

We are so thankful for our loyal clients.  In that, an appointment for a new client, we ask for a 50% payment of service when making the appointment. This payment will be applied to your total bill and is non-refundable.

Cells, MP3's, Gaming Devices

With respect to those in session, cell phones, MP3's and gaming devices are to be turned off upon arrival.

Age Requirements

In order to provide you with the best service during your treatments, please make arrangements for childcare prior to your appointment. Children receiving treatments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
