We tend to not rush with our clients. We want you to come into an inviting, relaxed atmosphere. With this in mind, we ask when your appointment is scheduled for a one hour treatment, please plan on an hour and a half of total appointment time. This will give you time to check in, then an hour to an hour and 15 minutes of treatment, and time to check out.

Please book your appointment in advance to ensure your preferred date, time and therapist are available.
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before to your appointment to ensure that your session begins on time. Also, this allows time for any forms that are required to be completed.
Our gift certificates do not expire. After the "please use by" date, any unused portion of the gift certificate may be used for its' dollar value.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Please honor our 24-hour advance notice of cancellation/rescheduling policy in order to avoid a 50% service charge fee.
Due to appointments already scheduled for a particiular day, requested spa packages may be booked in a different order than as advertized. Although, the timing of the treatments will remain the same.
An appointment for a new client, requires a 50% payment of services when making the appointment. This payment will be applied to your total bill and is non-refundable. Once becoming an established client (after first appointment), the prepayment is not required.
Gratuity is not expected. It is greatly appreciated. Gratuity will only be accepted as cash and will be given to your therapist immediately after your treatment.

Cells, MP3's, Gaming Devices
With respect to those in session, cell phones, MP3's and gaming devices are to be turned off upon arrival.
In order to provide you with the best service during your treatments, please make arrangements for childcare prior to your appointment. Children receiving treatments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will sign a consent form upon check-in.
